Our teachers who have traveled the world to continuously deepen the practise are waiting for you. They want you to unplug, unwind and increase your energy.

Come to a place of relaxation and have a lifetime experience increasing your happiness and personal growth. Our teachers will share with you the history of yoga and teach you the practice of Asanas, Pranayamas and Meditation.

Our licensed yoga instructors invite you into a space of contemplation and inspiration. With experience from various styles of yoga they will be guiding you in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. For a deeper understanding of the yogic lifestyle the course includes an introduction to the main aspects of the Yoga Sutras, by Patanjali. The classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and static and dynamic meditation. Additionally, there will be daily sharings in mindfulness and a brief introduction into tantric philosophy and the seven chakras.

Susana says that Yoga came into her life as a whole, asanas, pranayama and meditation, always with philosophy, Vedanta, as a basis. All classes are therefore a combination of all these dimensions of the being. She sees yoga as a tool for daily life, for well-being, happiness, but also the answer to the great question, “Who am I?”

The study of yoga is the study of the self, has no beginning or end, but formalizing, she has concluded a two-year formation with Teacher Miguel Homem. She attend numerous courses of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vedanta with teachers such as Simão Monteiro, Pedro Kupfer, Glória Arieira and Tomás Zorzo. She’s passionate about writing, nature and for the human being in its potential of growth. She welcomes every level to her classes underling that “your physical flexibility is not significant, it´s the openness of your heart”.

Saturday – Check-in followed by a welcome drink and a welcome dinner.

Sunday / Monday – You’ll start your day with a yoga session followed by a healthy and tasty breakfast. You’ll have the morning free to rest or explore the area. Therefore you’ll return to the guesthouse for a home-made lunch. After lunch, you will have free time to relax or join another activity. The second yoga session will occure in the late afternoon to replenish your energies. Finally, a delicious dinner will await you in the guesthouse.

Tuesday – Our last day with you. After your breakfast we will say goodbye to you and proceed to check-out.

Wednesday to Saturday Schedule

3 nights, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners, 4 yoga classes and free bikes

Wednesday – You’ll start your day with a healthy and tasty breakfast. Then a Stand-Up Paddle session will take place at Óbidos Lagoon and you’ll return to the guesthouse for a home-made lunch. In the afternoon we’ll take you to the magical Óbidos Castel. A delicious dinner at Yoni’s farm will end the activities for the day.
